A proforma invoice fixes specification, price, quantity and the delivery date. 30% deposit books a production slot on the floor — the balance is due against a copy of the bill of lading.形式发票锁定规格、价格、数量与交期。30% 定金即在车间预订产线档期——余款见提单副本支付。

Our pattern room drafts the piece full scale, cuts it in your actual cloth, and sews a counter sample. Nothing enters bulk until you have that sample in your hands and approve it — including the print position and the exact Pantone.我们的版房按 1:1 出版，用你实际的面料裁剪并缝制确认样。样品到你手中并确认前——包括印花位置和精确 Pantone——绝不进入大货。

Cut, printed,

Cloth is washed before it is cut, so the shrinkage happens on our floor and not in your customer's rain. Four sewing lines, 80 machines, bar-tacks at every stress point — and a weekly progress photo so you are never guessing where your order is.布料先水洗再裁剪，让缩水发生在我们车间，而不是你客户的雨里。4 条缝制线、80 台机器、每个受力点打枣——每周一张进度照，你永远不用猜订单进度。

Inspection — Before anything is packed质检 —— 装箱之前

Inline QC pulls pieces off the line while there is still time to fix them. Final inspection is run to AQL 2.5 / 4.0 on a random draw from the finished lot — measurements, stitch density, print registration, hardware pull, and the bag's own weight against the sealed sample.巡检趁还来得及返修时就把问题件挑出。终检按 AQL 2.5 / 4.0 从成品批中随机抽样——尺寸、针距、印花套位、五金拉力，以及成品克重对照封样。

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?起订量（MOQ）是多少？
