What we collect我们收集什么

For enquiries we collect the details you submit, such as your name, company, email, country and specification. For read-only order lookup, we use the order reference, order email and access code; the access code itself is not retained after issue, only a salted one-way digest. If online checkout is enabled, we also collect contact and delivery details, cart contents, an internal checkout reference, payment status and the PayPal order and capture identifiers needed to fulfil, support and account for the order. We use your details to quote, validate and fulfil an order, prevent duplicate or fraudulent payments, provide support, meet accounting and legal duties, and handle refunds or disputes. When you choose PayPal, PayPal processes your payment under its own privacy notice and may receive order, amount, delivery and device or transaction-security information. Browser storage浏览器本地存储

This site uses browser local storage to remember language, theme and cart contents, and session storage to hold a short-lived, unguessable checkout recovery pointer, one-way cart/contact snapshot fingerprints, and the cart-line references needed to remove only paid items. It does not store a claimed payment result there. These are functional storage items rather than advertising trackers. Confidentiality保密

Designs, artwork, patterns and specifications you send remain yours. We will sign your NDA on request, and we do not offer another customer’s design as our own.你发来的设计、图稿、纸样与规格始终归你所有。我们可应要求签署保密协议，也绝不会把其他客户的设计当作我们自己的来提供。

Where it lives数据存放

Enquiries are recorded in our access-controlled internal system and queued for staff notification; order and payment-reference records also live in access-controlled internal systems. PayPal and other providers may process data in other countries. We retain records only for as long as needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal claims and other applicable duties, then delete or anonymise them. The reference checkout service gives unresolved checkouts a non-renewable limit measured from creation; terminal records use the latest real payment, refund or dispute activity. At the end of the operator-configured period, stale unresolved checkouts expire and contact and delivery JSON and its derived request fingerprint are redacted from unresolved and terminal records. Non-contact transaction references required for audit remain.
