We are a factory, not a trading desk. Cutting, printing, sewing, finishing and inspection all happen in the same building — which is why we can tell you what went wrong, and fix it, the same week.我们是工厂，不是贸易公司。裁剪、印刷、缝制、整理与质检都在同一栋楼里——所以我们能当周就告诉你哪里出了问题，并把它修好。
Cutting room裁剪车间
Fabric relaxes, is washed and dried, then spread and cut against the pattern plan. Bulk is cut in one lot so shade stays even.面料先松弛、水洗、烘干，再按排版铺布裁剪。大货一次性裁完，色差更均匀。
Print shop印刷车间
Screen and digital under one roof, so print colour is approved and corrected without shipping panels elsewhere.丝印与数码同在一处，印花颜色可就地确认、修正，无需把裁片外送。
Sewing floor缝制车间
Lines are set up per style, with a dedicated bar-tack and heavy-duty station for handles and stress points.按款式排线，配专用打枣与重机工位，处理提手与受力点。
Finishing整理车间
Thread trimming, pressing, hardware fitting, label attachment and the first pass of quality control.剪线、熨烫、装五金、上唛，以及第一道质检。
QC & packing质检与包装
Final random inspection, then polybag, carton, marks and palletising to your packing instruction.终检随机抽样，再按你的包装要求装胶袋、入箱、刷唛、打托。
