Quality control that only happens at the end is not quality control, it is sorting. We check fabric before it is cut, pieces while they are being sewn, and the finished lot before anything is packed.只在最后做的质检不叫质检，叫分拣。我们在裁剪前检面料、缝制中检半成品、装箱前检成品批。

Gate 01

Incoming fabric来料检验

Every bolt checked for weight, width, shade and flaws against the approved swatch. Shade-sorted before cutting so one order does not run two tones.每卷都对照确认色卡检查克重、门幅、色差与疵点。裁剪前分色，确保一个订单不出现两种色调。

Gate 02

First off the line头件确认

The first finished piece of each run is measured against the sealed sample and signed off before the line is allowed to continue.每批的第一件成品对照封样测量并签核，之后产线才可继续。

Inline patrol巡线检查

QC pulls pieces from the line through the run — while defects are still cheap to fix and the whole lot is not yet built.质检在整批生产过程中从线上抽件——趁疵点还便宜修、整批尚未做完。

Random draw from the finished lot to 从成品批随机抽样，按 AQL 2.5 / 4.0, full checklist, accept or re-work decision recorded.，完整清单，接收或返工的判定均记录在案。

Width, height, depth, handle drop and strap length against the sealed sample, 对照封样测宽、高、深、提手垂长与肩带长度，±1 cm tolerance
Stitching车缝
Stitch density, seam straightness, skipped stitches, thread ends, bar-tack presence and placement针距、线迹平直、跳针、线头、打枣有无与位置
Print印花
Position, size, registration and colour against the approved strike-off; rub and wash resistance spot-checked对照确认色稿检位置、大小、套位与颜色；抽检耐摩擦与耐水洗
Hardware五金
Handle pull test, zip cycling, eyelet and rivet seating, snap function提手拉力测试、拉链往复、气眼与铆钉牢固、按扣功能
Fabric面料
Shade consistency across the lot, weight per square metre, visible flaws and marks整批色差一致性、每平米克重、可见疵点与污渍
Presentation外观
Cleanliness, pressing, labels correct and straight, polybag and barcode as instructed洁净度、熨烫、标签正确端正、胶袋与条码按要求
