Inquiry — Day 0询价 —— 第 0 天
You send, we read你发来，我们读
A photo, a sketch, a competitor's bag, or a physical sample — anything that shows us the shape. We read it the same working day and come back with questions before we come back with a price.一张照片、一份草图、一个同类包，或一个实物样——任何能让我们看清形状的东西。我们当个工作日就阅读，先来问题，再报价格。
Quotation — Within 报价 —— 24 h内
Costed line by line逐项报价
The quote splits into fabric, cutting, printing, sewing, hardware, labels and packing — so when you want a different number, you can see exactly which line to move. Quantity breaks quoted alongside.报价拆成面料、裁剪、印刷、缝制、五金、标签与包装——想要不同的价格时，你能清楚看到该动哪一项。数量档位一并报出。
Order confirmation — Day 2–5订单确认 —— 第 2–5 天
Signed and slotted签约排产
A proforma invoice fixes specification, price, quantity and ship date. 30% deposit books a real slot on the production calendar — not a promise, a date.形式发票锁定规格、价格、数量与出运日期。30% 定金即在生产日历上预订一个真实档期——不是承诺，是日期。
Pattern making — 打版 —— 2 days
Full scale, in chalk1:1 出版
The pattern room drafts every piece at full scale and builds a cutting plan against your bolt width. Handles are laid on the warp so they cannot stretch. The plan is what makes the price honest.版房按 1:1 出每一片版，并按你的门幅排版。提手沿经向排布以防拉伸。正是这份排版让价格实在。
Sampling — 打样 —— 7–10 days
Approved before bulk大货前先确认
A counter sample is sewn in your real cloth, with your real print. Nothing enters bulk until you hold it and sign it off. The approved sample is sealed and becomes the standard the QC team measures against.用你真实的面料和印花缝制确认样。样品到你手中并签核前，绝不进入大货。确认样封存，成为质检对照的标准。
Bulk production — 大货生产 —— 25–35 days
On our own floor在自有车间
Cloth is washed before cutting so the shrinkage happens here. Then cutting, printing, sewing lines, bar-tacking, trimming and pressing — with a weekly progress photo so you are never guessing.布料裁剪前先水洗，让缩水在这里发生。然后裁剪、印刷、缝制线、打枣、剪线与熨烫——每周一张进度照，你无需猜测。
Inspection — Before packing质检 —— 装箱前
Twice, then once more两遍，再加一遍
Inline QC pulls pieces while there is still time to fix them. Final inspection runs to AQL 2.5 / 4.0 on a random draw. Third-party inspectors are welcome — we will hold the lot for their visit.巡检趁还来得及返修时把问题件挑出。终检按 AQL 2.5 / 4.0 随机抽样。欢迎第三方验货——我们会留货等其到场。
Packing & shipping — Handover包装与发货 —— 交付
Packed to your spec按你的规格包装
Polybag, hangtag, barcode, carton count and shipping marks follow your instruction, not our habit. We load with your forwarder or ours, photograph the container, and send the document set with the goods.胶袋、吊牌、条码、每箱数量与唛头都按你的要求，而非我们的习惯。用你或我们的货代装柜，拍照存档，全套单证随货寄出。
