Screen print丝印
Ink pushed through a mesh stencil, one screen per colour. It is cheap and fast at volume, with strong, opaque colour that survives washing — which is why it is the default for canvas. The catch: every colour is a separate screen and a separate plate fee, so it suits solid, few-colour artwork, not photographs.油墨透过网版刮印，一色一版。量大时便宜又快，颜色饱满不透、耐水洗——所以它是帆布的默认选择。代价：每种颜色一块网版、一笔版费，所以适合色块少的图案，不适合照片。
Digital / DTG数码 / DTG
The artwork is printed straight onto the cloth like an inkjet — full colour, photographic, no colour limit and no plate fee. Ideal for complex or short-run art. It sits softer, and on dark or heavy canvas is less punchy than screen, so it is happiest on lighter, smoother cloth.图案像喷墨一样直接打印到布上——全彩、照片级、不限颜色、无版费。适合复杂或小批量的图。手感更软，在深色或厚帆布上不如丝印有冲击力，所以更适合浅色、平滑的布。
Heat transfer热转印
A design is printed onto a film, then pressed onto the cloth with heat. It is great for gradients, fine detail and small quantities without plate fees. Modern transfers are durable, but a large solid patch can feel like a layer sitting on the cloth rather than in it.图案先印在膜上，再热压到布上。适合渐变、精细细节和无版费的小批量。现代转印很耐用，但大面积实色会像贴了一层膜、而非印进布里。
Embroidery刺绣
Stitched in thread, not printed. It reads as premium and is extremely durable — the go-to for logos, crests and patches. Its limits: it does not do photographs or fine text well, has a size ceiling, and carries a one-time digitising fee, so it earns its place on marks, not full designs.用线绣，不是印。质感高级、极其耐用——logo、徽章、贴布的首选。局限：做不好照片和细小文字，有尺寸上限，还有一次性打版费，所以它适合标识，不适合整幅图案。
Which to choose怎么选
- Solid logo, 500 pcs and up → screen print.色块 logo、500 件以上 → 丝印。
- Photo or many colours, small run → digital / DTG.照片或多色、小批量 → 数码 / DTG。
- Gradients or fine detail, small run → heat transfer.渐变或精细细节、小批量 → 热转印。
- A premium mark that must last → embroidery.要耐用的高级标识 → 刺绣。
